How to access to the screenings with a pass

In order to access the Festival’s screenings, it is necessary to make a reservation, free of charge, on the official Festival’s website or at the cinemas’ ticket offices. The Festival recommends using the online platform.

  • If you have attended TFF in previous years, log in with your account by entering the email address you used and request a new password if necessary.
  • If you have never attended TFF, please proceed by registering as a new user.

Once you enter your personal area, you will be able to update or add from scratch your credit code, which is the alphanumeric code shown on your physical badge.

Within the reserved seats for each screening, it will be possible to make a reservation from 9:00 am on the day before the screening, to 1:00 pm on the day of the screening.

Reservations may not be made for screenings that overlap, even partially. For people with a reservation access to the screening room is guaranteed until 5 minutes before the screening begins.

To enter the screening, it will be necessary to present the confirmation email, as well as the accreditation. It is possible to modify or cancel the reservations until 30 minutes before the start of the screening, online or at the ticket offices.

Accreditation holders will also have the possibility to access the venue through Rush-Line.

As the ticket sale closes, 5 minutes before the screening begins, accreditation holders will be able to access the screening without reservation, upon availability ONLY and until full capacity.

If technical issues occur, please contact customer service via e-mail assistenza@softsolutions-srl.com
