(Italy), director of Artissima - International Fair of Contemporary Art in Torino, graduated in contemporary art history from the State University of Milano. After a master in curatorial studies at Bard College (USA), she worked in New York at the Whitney Museum. She was curator of Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo and directed Museo Villa Croce di Genova (2012-17). She is the co-founder of Art@Work that develops projects in non-profit contexts and for private collections.
Bernd Brehmer (Germany) studied literature and history of art in Munich but spent most of his time at the Filmmuseum where he soon started working in the technical department. That led him to participate at Werkstattkino collective, legendary and still operating underground cinema. During the 1990s he established “24” film magazine and was CEO of Exit Film Distribution. He regularly wrote for “Süddeutsche Zeitung” and works as advisor and curator for several international film festivals. In 2006 he founded Munich- based Underdox Film Festival that he still codirects.
Susanna Nicchiarelli (Rome, Italy, 1975) graduated in philophy and studied film direction at the CSC in Rome. She wrote and directed many shorts, two of which in animation (Sputnik 5, Nastro d’argento, and Esca Viva), some documentaries (Ca Cri Do Bo, I diari della Sacher, Venice Film Festival and Per tutta la vita, Turin Film Festival), and three feature films: Cosmonauta (2009), Controcampo Award in Venice; La scoperta dell’lba (2013), presented at the Rome International Film Festival, and Nico, 1988 (2017), Orizzonti Award for Best Film in Venice.
